Professor Alexander Saxton is transporting something mysterious on the Trans-Siberian Express.  He claims that it is a humanoid that will fill the missing link, deciphering the origin of humankind.  But others on board are convinced that the contents of his crate are far more sinister.  And when passengers and crew are found dead with a common, disturbing aspect, pressure mounts to investigate who, or what, is inside Professor Saxton's cargo.  But the closer they come to the truth, the more incredible, and deadly, it becomes.
