About the Author
Kate Scarlata MPH, RDN, is a New York Times bestselling co-author of 21 Day Tummy Diet, co-author of The Low FODMAP Diet Step by Step, and author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Wellwith IBS. As a world-renowned gastroenterology specialized registered dietitian, Kate has over 30 years working in the GI nutrition field. Kate earned her bachelor's in science from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and her postgraduate dietetic internship was completed at Harvard Medical School's teaching hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, followed by her Master's in Public Health at University of Massachusetts. Kate lives in Medway, Massachusetts.
