Anastasia Goron took a face yoga course in her twenties that would change her life forever. Having battled many different skin problems (severe acne, puffiness, wrinkles, dull skin), facial exercises and massage offered her lots of effective, natural solutions that she now shares with her millions of fans. Anastasia confronts common beauty misconceptions and offers a healthy and fun approach to aging that protects, enhances and rejuvenates.
