A night at the circus turns into a night on the town when a trapeze artist invites a businessman and his friends out for a few drinks. But when he wakes up the next day with a hangover and a dead body in his room, the man finds himself convicted of the crime and sent to prison. Once released, he begins tracking down the "friends" who framed him.
