Seungmin Lee, AKA "Dr. Monster," majored in Classical Korean Literature (Oral Literature, Folklore, and Legends) at Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea. In 2019 and 2020, he wrote two books in a crowdfunding project called "TheEncyclopedia of Korean Monsters." The book is one of the most successful projects on the Korean crowdfunding platform tumblbug. In 2020, he joined HwaHwa studio as a writer and a supervisor of Korean traditional content.
