Luis Zueco (Borja, Zaragoza, 1979) es director de los Castillos de Grisel y de Bulbuente, dos fortalezas restauradas y habilitadas como alojamientos con encanto y como sede de eventos. Además, es ingeniero industrial, licenciado en Historia y máster en Investigación artística e histórica, miembro de la Asociación Española de Amigos de los Castillos y colaborador, como experto en patrimonio y cultura, en persos medios de comunicación.
